   A referral partner, prospective resident, or supporter sends the initial information.

   We review housing needs, basic eligibility, and available information.

   Applicant interview

   We speak with the applicant to learn about their goals and expectations.

   Independent-living assessment

   We confirm the applicant can safely manage daily life in a shared home.

   Funding verification

   Payment or an eligible funding arrangement is reviewed.

   Availability confirmed

   We confirm an appropriate space and anticipated timing.

   Admission decision

   We share the decision and coordinate next steps when approved.
